  All I can say is what a horrible experience with Higgins & Dix. All we needed was a witness to provide a signature. The witness had to be over 18 years old or a JP or a solicitor. We weren't after any type of legal advice whatsoever, just a simple signature as a witness to sign a home loan document and to sight our identities. It would of taken all of 2 minutes. Despite calling in the morning to check that we could come in to have our forms signed and arranging a time - we were met with hostility and one very very angry female solicitor. How totally unprofessional and inappropriate to act that way. She told us we should of given her 3 days notice - even though the office was empty and we had called that very morning to arrange to come in and even arranged a time !!!! When i called back that afternoon to try to reschedule she simply HUNG UP! How very very unprofessional and to think she is a part owner of the business. Absolutely disgraceful. You've lost our business that's for sure.
